As, you don’t even have the natural brain or the growth pattern to understand why, Let me enlighten you, dear Basmathi — you’re not from the earth, you’re hybridized, chemically grown, and a high-glycemic disaster!

You thought you had it all, huh? All that fragrance that fills up the room and makes everyone think you're the best thing since sliced bread. But guess what? You’re just a pretty face with no substance. I mean, sure, you’ve got the looks, the delicate grains, but where’s the real taste?

Let me introduce myself, your granny— Chittimuthyalu Rice, the true king of all aromatic rices. Unlike you, I’m not just some trendy hybrid rice, sbut short grain indigenous aromatic rice . I’ve been around for over a thousand years, growing naturally in harmony with the land. My siblings — like Javaphool, Gobindbhog, and Seeraga Samba — we’re the real deal.

I don’t need artificial fertilizers to grow strong and beautiful. I don’t need chemicals to maintain my fragrance. My flavor and my aroma are straight from the earth, the sun, and the slow, steady growth that has been my heritage for centuries. While you, dear Basmathi, were genetically modified to grow faster and easier, I was taking my sweet time, building up natural nutrients and the authentic, rich fragrance that fills the air when I’m cooked.
